MOLESWORTH & RAINBOW HIGH COUNTRY
Explore the Wonders of NZ's largest High Country Station: 6-Day Journey
Experience the heart of rural New Zealand - where landscapes are vast, stories run deep, and hospitality is heartfelt.
This 6-day journey takes you through the dramatic high country of the upper South Island, from the sweeping valleys of Molesworth Station to the alpine tracks of the Rainbow Road. Along the way, you’ll stay on a high county station, meet the people who call these remote places home and gain a deeper appreciation for the land they live on.
Travel in a small group with an experienced guide, staying at a high country station, exploring historic sites, and enjoying a private boat trip across Lake Rotoiti. There’s plenty of time to enjoy short walks, take photos and soak in the scenery.
This fully hosted experience begins and ends in Blenheim, and is ideal for travellers who value comfort, connection, and going a little further off the beaten track to places most never reach.
