A highlight for many who join our Port Ligar Tour is the full day, private boat charter with Pelorus Tours, hosted by the lovely (and incredible baker) Ellen Orchard and husband and local historian Gary Orchard.
Ellen's cheese scones come fresh out of the oven for morning tea and always disappear within minutes, so we knew we had to ask if she'd be happy to share the recipe with fellow Driftwood'ers during lockdown!
